July 17, 2026 | As part of the Hub's commitment to community engagement, we are hosting a group of 200+ under-served students for an all-day career exploration event on July 17th through the Shirley Proctor Puller Foundation. We forewarn that there will be heightened activity on the property; however, students will be confined to the first floor and wharf. We ask that you please park in the Hub visitor lot across 8th Ave SE this day, as programming is planned in the gated lot area. Thank you for understanding!
July 6, 2026 | The temporary chiller was installed over the weekend, bringing cooler temperatures back to the Hub. We are continuing to work with our HVAC vendor to complete the remaining repairs.

Conference Room Reservations
Reservations for our main and small conference rooms are on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact [email protected] to schedule your booking.
Mail Services
All Hub tenants receive complimentary mail services, including a dedicated mailbox. For large deliveries requiring loading dock access or temporary storage outside your space, please notify the Hub team at least 24 hours in advance.
B&W Printing
All Hub tenants have access to the lobby printers for complimentary black-and-white printing (up to 8.5" x 11"). Email your document to [email protected]
to have it printed.
Notary Services
Lauren Bell is a registered notary available to Hub tenants.

USFSP Fitness Center
Discounted Membership
Hub tenants are eligible for discounted affiliate memberships at the USFSP Campus Recreation Fitness Center, located in the Student Life Center at
131 6th Ave S. Present your Hub ID at the front desk when signing up to receive the discounted rate.
Secure Waterfront Testbed
The Hub offers secure waterfront access (23 feet deep) for research and testing purposes. For additional information and availability, contact [email protected].

When can I access the Hub, and when are visitors allowed?
Although the lobby office is open Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., your badge provides 24/7 building access. We prefer that visitors come during standard operating hours. However, if you host visitors outside these hours, please sign them in using the lobby’s check-in sheet and escort them at all times while in the building.
How and when can I access the Hub's roof?
Tenants are free to go up to the roof at any time! Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and exit through the metal door opposite the elevator. Make sure to prop the door, as it automatically locks when closed. Feel free to grab cushions or barstools from behind the brown room dividers (immediately to the right of the 3rd floor elevator landing).
Can I park my vehicle at the Hub for extended periods?
Yes, Hub tenants may park their vehicles in the Hub's gated lot for extended periods, including weekends. If you plan to do so, please: (1) notify the Hub team in advance with the parking dates and vehicle license plate number and (2) leave your keys with the lobby office so we can relocate your vehicle if circumstances such as construction, wharf activity, or severe weather could put it at risk.
